Well of course the end of May means the end of the school year and saying good bye to some of our favorite people (well temporarily of course). Gabby is moving up to the Stars room this summer which is so exciting and she is so ready to be in the older class BUT it was so hard to think about her not being with her wonderfully perfect teachers in the Caterpillar room.
Mrs. Casey we love you!
And all the others Emily, Carolyn, Hannah, Savannah, Caitlin, Kelsey you all have been such a blessing to this little girls life.
And what would she be without her two partners in crime. Stella and Berkley the 3 Amigos.
You teachers performed miracles daily keeping them under control.
Luckily they are all moving up and so the Stars teachers have their work cut out for them!
We treated the little Miss to some Orange Tree to celebrate!
Cooper also had his last day as an Elf at Gingerbread. They celebrate with a "Beach Day" and the kids spend the day outside in there bathing suits and in the water! Because of the tornado they canceled Moore schools for the remainder of the year so Brody was able to spend all day with them at Gingerbread. I think Cooper thought it was the coolest thing.
Cooper and his good friend Camille. He always talks about her and how he sits with her and plays with her.
They all got to line up and get water balloons.
Cooper and Campbell were all ready to toss them at their teachers.
At the end of the day they did a sing along. Skye the director is so amazing and has these song in her head and the kids get to shout out what they want to sing and she can play them.
Georgia was in awe watching and trying to sing along.
Coopers teachers were so amazing. He was always excited to go to school. He never wanted to stay home and constantly asked when he could go everyday.
Teacher Ghis kept his class running so smoothly and always had the nicest thing to say about Cooper and how much he was learning and growing. She certainly has a gift for teaching young kids.
Sweet Teacher Laura. I think she is Coopers first official crush. She loves these kids and I am so glad I got to know her this year and am so sad she won't be there next year. But lucky me it turns out she is Chi-O too and so we will get to see more of each other at Alumni events.
Teacher Pam. Can you tell by Coopers smile what he thought of her. She is so fun and creative. Brody just loved her when he was there and talked about her to Cooper and I see why.
He's ready for the Scotties class now. Pre-K here we come.
After the day was over Ilena and I decided spur of the moment to take the kids to get ice cream. But someone stole the show.
She is a hot mess.
I can't believe school is out for the summer. Of course both of my kids will continue to go a few days a week but it definitely feels like summer now.
