Another month, another blur. October flew by and was chalked full of fun things.
Rob still somehow magically has his girls whole hearts. They both favor him so much. It makes me jealous and my heart melt all at the same time. He is such a good Dad. (sidenote: still sleeping in her tiara)
We hosted a shower for Matt & Katie Allen and Baby Adam at our house. The guys spent most of the time on the court.
Adam had know idea how loved he already was in this picture.
Toby definitely favors the babies in the house. Ruthie keeps his belly full as he patiently waits under foot.
Rob wrangled all 4 of these kiddos one evening.
Cooper stole my heart again singing in the sanctuary.
We picked Gus up from school one day. Then we all walked up to Monroe to pick up Coop.
On the way home here was the conversation as I snapped this picture.
Cooper: "Gus do you like Root Beer"
Gus: "Nope just cold beer"
like father like son.
Sharks still going strong and undefeated.
Ilena stole Cooper one afternoon and headed to the Myriad Gardens.
He had so much fun with his favorite girl.
So much fun he thought he would be sick on the way home. The Varner's always have to experience Cooper's random spots of car sickness.
Cooper participated in his first Jog-A-Thon at school.
Every time he ran over the line he did this peace sign thing. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
We were so proud. 2nd most laps in his class!
We repainted the gameroom grey and finally hung drapes.
More often than not when I am trying to rock Ruthie this one sneaks in with this face saying "Mom I need to ask you something?"
They love when Rob does bed time
We joined the Dixons, Clouse's, Lowry's and Venks and The Hybl's annual golf fundraiser.
It was a beautiful night on the course under the tent.
Ruthie had her first trip to the pumpkin patch.
I think she enjoyed it. Georgia destroyed a cookie on the way home.
And then passed out on the island while I was trying to get her a water and motrin.
We met AJ downtown at the Myriad Gardens.
Have I said how much I love the fall.
Coopers favorite place to pose.
The sack race was their favorite.
Can you tell?
and then a yummy dinner on the patio at the Garage.
Gran and Pops made a quick trip down south for their High School reunion. So of course they had to sneak up to see the kids. They arrived in the middle of the night but someone still managed to sneak into their bed,
Ruthie let Pops have it when he had to leave.
They got to walk Cooper to school before they left and then it was time for goodbyes.
I tagged along on the Elf field trip to the Fire Station (always a great field trip for mom right?)
She was a master.
Her and her Elf BF Zea. They have been in the same class since they were old enough to go to CDO.
And Rob became Georgia's official toe painter. Now she only wants him to do it.
