I can't take credit for the quote above.. It belongs to Winnie the Pooh.

Our precious nephews Landon and Lucas and their awesome parents Shelly & Justin sold their house in Edmond and decided to make the move back up to New England. We have loved having them here in OKC and are going to miss them so much. It has been such a blessing getting to be in close proximity during the last few years. So much has happened...they got married, we had Cooper, they bought a house, we had Georgia......they had TWINS!!! I am so glad we got to experience it all with them. We are so proud of them though and know that this move is a good thing for them and their careers. We are going to miss them and getting to see the boys so often. But now we have even more reason to head to the north east. Now Christi, Al & Connor will be closer to them and they will get to spend more time together.

They loaded up their truck on Valentine's Day and Gigi & I got to be in charge of all the kiddos. We picked them up bright and early and headed out to Gigi & Cappy's house.

Where they all made themselves right at home!  They played and played and played.

 

And learned bad habits from their older cousins.

 It was so funny Cooper used to be so afraid of this truck and all the noises it makes. The boys didn't even bat an eyelash.

 Lucas latched onto Finn McMissile in the car on the way out there and hardly let him go all day. He even napped with him.

 The weather was a little cold but not enough to keep us inside. The tricycles got a lot of miles put on them that day.

 As did Cappy's treehouse.

 Cooper thought it would be funny to lock the little kids out....it might have been time for the naughty spot.

 We got meal time down to an art.

 After naps and a little more play time everyone came over for a goodbye dinner. These to enjoyed playing with Uncle Paul.

 After dinner we attempted a group bath. That one didn't go over well but we did get a great picture out of it.

Lets wear out Uncle Justin before he has to drive the next morning.

I can't wait to see the difference the next time we get to take this picture! 

 Then it was time for hugs and goodbyes. We miss them so much already. And like Winnie the Pooh said "How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard".

Massachusetts has no idea how lucky they are to have the Allenby's back!
