On Friday we attended the funeral of a great man
John Slice.
John Slice passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 in Garland, TX at the age of 89. John's daughter Belinda is a very special woman and a very special member of our family. Her and our parents have known eachother since they were in MYF together in junior high. She is like an aunt to all of us. And it was an honor to stand behind her while we remembered her father.
My parents could not make it down from Canada but I think we did a pretty good job representing the Hammett Family.
