We had a VERY uneventful July 4th at our house. Rob had to work in Shawnee so the kids and I drove out there to bring treats and say hi. He told us not to come but I am pretty sure it made his day.
The Varners came over to swim and brought pizza and then once it starting getting dark we headed over to Reaves Park to enjoy Norman's fireworks. Gabby was perfectly content here!
I tried to catch a picture with my kiddos but as you can see that didn't turn out too well.
It was a success. They really enjoyed it.
Our little town puts on a pretty good show.
