Gran's Visit

My mom aka Gran was able to come down for Cooper's birthday. THey got to spend some quality time together. I am sure my Dad, Pops, was pretty heartbroken that he couldn't come. My parents live so far way I know they feel like they are missing out on Cooper's changes so I wanted to make sure my mom got to spend as much time as she could with him.

In fact Cooper and my mom flew to Houston for a night to visit Nana (my grandmother and Cooper's great-grandmother) and Uncle Mark, Aunt Lou, and cousins Ellie and Amy. They had a really good time. And I know my Nana was so glad to see Cooper.


On Sunday after Cooper's birthday party the pool was still nice and warm so Gran took Cooper for his last swim of the summer.

And Toby decided to join them!

Of course Cooper had to take Gran to get his favorite drink "a swirl" at the Mont the night before she left.



We miss Gran already and can't wait until this winter when she will get to come up again.
