Let me introduce you to my little sister the college graduate

I am a very proud of my baby sister. On May 11th & 12th we celebrated her college graduation. Jenny graduated with a BS in Nutritional Science and it really was one of the proudest moments of my life. She has worked so hard the last few years and she really deserves it.
I would say Gran & Pops were extremely proud themselves
It took me a while to find her name because I kept looking for Hammett no Kolbensvik
The University Commencment was supposed to take place Friday night at the football stadium but because of the thunderstorms it was moved into the backsetball arena. Luckily Gigi took Georgia for us and the arena sold popcorn so Cooper was entertained.
She the caps with RD in red on them Jenny is the one on the left.
Grandad and Rob took a little snooze during the presentation of the PHD degrees!
and Cooper found a comfy lap!
At the concludion of the event there was supposed to be fireworks but because it was inside they did glow sticks.
While it was no where close to as cool I think Cooper actually preferred the glow sticks.
 Jeremiah and his sister Aleshia
The next morning was the School of Allied Health commencement.
Here comes the graduates (yes I think even Rob teared up when she walked in to the graduation march)
Here she is recieving her degree!

A close up of the mortar board!
The graduate with Jeremiah's side of the family. His sisters, brother-in-law and Aunt Michelle and family all made the trip up.
Are they not the cutest couple?
 Proud mom!
Aunta Belinda wouldn't have missed it!
These to have been friends since they were like 14!
I am so proud of my little brother and little sister!
 Proud parents
 VERY VERY PROUD COOP!
Way to go AJ!
Maddie is always such a cutie pie!
 Kolbensvik kiddos
 AJ had quite the crowd!
After the ceremony we hosted a bar-b-que/party to celebrate
Lots of yummy food thanks to Gran
And awesome cookies from Stella's Sweet Treats
Mom and Dad gave Jenny our Mama's (great-grandmother) wedding ring. Jenny has always admired it since she was a little girl and as you can tell by the look on her face she was very excited!
Just a little fact. On this very weekend 5 of the great grandchildren on this side of the family graduated college. (Jenny- OU, Joey Hainsfurther- Baylor, Bobby Schattle- Saint Mary's, Sarah Houser/Anderson Mohle- Texas A&M). Mama would be VERY proud.

Gigi came to celebrate too and brought Gabby to join in the fun.
 The OU legacy continues!
Occasionally Jeremiah and the little kids would disappear and then we would find them wrestling
(notice the roll in Coopers hand that he continued to eat while taking his Uncle J out)
Rob bonded over video games with Jeremiah's cousin Cadence.
And Rob also managed to "ice" Jenny!
It was the perfect weekend. We topped it off with church on Sunday and celebrating Mother's Day and Pop's birthday. But honestly the weekend was all Jenny's!!!
We love you and are soooooo proud of you.
