It rally has been the most wonderful time of the year for our family. Cooper is the PERFECT age for all the Christmas fun. The 1st Saturday of December we met the Varner's down at the Devon Tower for Saturdays with Santa. It was perfect. Prancer & Blitzen were even there.
It is a beautiful new building in town. Cappy has been working hard on the fire sprinkler system for a couple of years and Cooper was quick to tell everyone his Cappy works in the Devon Tower.
It was really windy outside so we headed inside right away. They have huge ornaments everywhere (inside and out)
We headed up to get in line and got to see these 3 make their appearance.
We had secured a greats place in line and only had to wait 5 minutes or so to see St. Nick.
Cooper walked right up (this was a great Santa he was genuine and seemed very interested in what the kids said.) Cooper made sure to he knew he wants a racetrack, race car and a jet.
Picture time!!! This is the all time classic. I felt awful that I didn't grab her right away but I had to capture this on camera.
Maybe next year. The kids enjoyed story time with Mrs. Clause
and wrote their letters to Santa.
They had cards to color. We saved ours and sent them over to the troops who are deployed.
Back outside to see the reindeer
They could have stood here for hours.
"Come on, it's lovely weather
For a sleigh ride together with you."
For a sleigh ride together with you."
We headed across the street to the Myriad gardens so the kids to could play. I loved seeing these two girls heads peaking out from over the hill. Gabby followed Meg around like a little puppy.
Cooper and Brody just wanted to climb!
It was a great morning!
It was a perfect start to the Christmas Season!
